Lying some 250km to the east of Marrakesh, the M’Goun Massif is in the central part of the High Atlas.  Compared with the Toubkal area, the M’Goun is more remote, less frequented by tourists and the terrain gentler.  We aim to ski the principal summits including 4068m Oumsoud, the third (or fourth…) highest in Morocco.

Few week long ski trips offer as much cultural interest, discovery and quality skiing as this one.  We will visit and stay in several remote villages which will give us a most interesting insight into the daily lives of the Berber people.  Delicious fresh food, mint tea and ski touring with mules – not to be missed!  Trip Full
